XC: Competed in six events in his senior season...best finish cmae in the Little Three Championships with a 38th place finish...finished 91st at the MAAC Championships
T&F: Ran three events in each of the six track meets that she competed in...set personal bests in both the 800 and 200 at the Ashland Alumni Open...set a PR in the 400 at the Cortland Alternative...finished fourth in the 400 meter final at the MAAC Championships...finished second in the 4x400 at the MAAC Championships

2022-23 (Junior)
XC: Competed in six events as a junior, recording a season’s best finish in the 5k with a time of 21:02.8 at the Canisius Alumni Classic, as well as a season’s best finish in the 6k with a time of 25:45.8 at the NCAA Division 1 Northeast region XC Championship. Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
T&F: Competed in five events this season, recording a season’s best finish in the 200 at the UB Spring Opener with a time of 26.38, finishing fourth, and ran a 57.89 in the 400 at the Metro Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championship. Her 57.89 in the 400m was the top time on the team for the season.

2021-22 (Sophomore)
XC: Competed in MAAC Championship...Set personal best in the 6k at the MAAC Championship...Made MAAC All-Academic Team.
TF: Set personal best in the 400 at UB Spring Opener, placing 6th in the event...Member of 4x400 team that placed 2nd at UB Spring Opener...Placed 5th in the 400 at UB Team Invite and 6th in the 200, which was a new personal best...Placed 5th in the 400 at the UR Alumni Invite and performance was a new personal best...Is currently ranked 5th on the all-time NU list in the 400 (team established 2014)...Competed in the 400 at the MAAC Outdoor Championship..Made MAAC All-Academic Team.

2020-21 (Freshman)
TF: Placed 6th in 400m and member of 2nd place 4x400m relay team at UB Invite #3… Competed in the 400m and member of 6th place 4x400m relay team at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
