Niagara University Athletics

Fuentes joined the Niagara University coaching staff after having a very successful throwing career at Buffalo State College; of which he still currently holds the shot put and discus records. His senior season, Fuentes was the SUNYAC champion in discus and placed 19th at nationals.

He brings 11 years of coaching and throwing experience with him and was most recently the volunteer coach at his high school alma mater, Avon Central School.
