Erin Plantone (Clark) joined the Niagara Track & Field Coaching Staff ahead of the 2023 season.
Plantone was a member of the Women's Track & Field team during her time in undergrad. She was instrumental in expanding the track program to include field events, specifically throwing events.
She has thrown shot put and discus since high school, where she broke her school record and won Sectionals her senior year. In addition to her involvement on the track team, Clark pursued a degree in Tourism Management and Spanish. She was the first thrower to graduate from the program in 2018.
Plantone currently works in the Admissions Office at Niagara University, assisting high school students in applying and committing to college. She is also pursuing her MBA in Strategic Marketing.
Plantone is married to Chris Plantone, who is also an alum of Niagara University, and currently works as an Instructional Technology Support Specialist for students at NU.
