Kloiber returns as Head Coach of the Purple Eagles cross country and track & field teams.

At this point in her tenure as head coach, the Niagara University cross country books have been rewritten and elevated. On the women’s side, athletes she has coached now hold 5 of the top 7 all-time school performances in the 5k and 5 of the top 7 in the 6k; including the school record holders for both events. There has been equal success on the men’s side with her athletes holding 5 of the top 7 all-time school performances in the 8k; including the school record.

During her first year at NU, Kloiber was responsible for creating the inaugural women’s track & field team (2014). In a short amount of time, the Purple Eagle track athletes have developed into annual podium finishers at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship and Division 1 ECAC qualifiers; culminating with the program’s first championship event-winner in 2021 (400meters).

Coach Kloiber credits the tenacity and work ethic of the athletes as they have accomplished their successes without having access to track facilities between November – April each year.  That commitment to success has also carried over to academics where the cross country and track & field teams have all scored a 100% SARP (student athlete retention program) through 2020 and the men’s cross country team has possessed the highest GPA of all varsity male athletic teams from 2014 – 2021.

Before Niagara, Kloiber came to Monteagle Ridge with a breadth of competitive and practical experience in various aspects of the sport. She was the head coach of the Regis College (Division III) men's and women's indoor/outdoor track & field teams until 2012.  At Regis, she was responsible for building the first men's team in program history and coached multiple Division III ECAC qualifiers within the squad’s first three seasons (which included a 2012 indoor bronze medalist in the 500-meters). Her women’s squads annually qualified for the Division III indoor and outdoor New England Championships.

Her capacities also extended to operating as the Athletic Department’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for all varsity teams; and meet director/facility manager for home meet events including the annual Pride Classic, Bay State Games Outdoor Track & Field Championship, and USATF-NE Outdoor Track & Field championship. She’s acted as an Athlete’s Representative for the USATF-NE board of directors and was the Volunteer Director for the USA-TF Indoor Track & Field Championship.

From 2012-2013 Kloiber served as the distance coach of the Hare & Hounds Running Club of the University of Edinburgh in Scotland while pursuing her Master's Degree in Sport Performance Enhancement at Edinburgh Napier University. Kloiber has also earned another Master's Degree in Sport Management from NU.

She competed as a varsity athlete on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams for four years as a division I varsity athlete, is currently certified as an NCSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, a USA Track & Field Level I Course Instructor, and holds USA Track and Field Level II certifications in sprints/hurdles/relays as well as the jump events; and a Level III/IAAF Elite Coach certification in the endurance events. Her additional certifications include: USTFCCCA Strength & Conditioning certification and Sprint/Hurdle/Relay Specialist.
