XC: Finished seventh at the Little Three Championships...turned in a PR at the National Catholic Invite in the 5k...set a new 6k PR at the NCAA Northeast Regional
T&F: Ran in five events in the spring...set a new program record for the 3000 meter Steeplechase on two separate occasions...finished eighth in the steeplechase at the MAAC Championships and eighth in the 4x800

2022-23 (Sophomore)
XC: Competed in six events during her sophomore campaign, achieving a season’s best time 19:44.1 in the 5k at the Canisius Alumni Classic, as well as in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 23:30.8. Named to the MAAC All-Academic team.
T&F: Competed in five events during her sophomore campaign.Turned in the second fastest team time at MAAC Championships in the 800m at 2:24.46 Named to the MAAC All-Academic team.

2021-22 (Freshman)
XC: Set her personal best of 23:40/6k at the Lehigh Paul Short competition...Team’s 2nd place finisher at all regular season competitions for the women’s team (Little 3 Championship, Yellowjacket Invite, Lehigh Paul Short, Canisius Alumni Classic, MAAC Championship)..3rd overall finisher at the Little 3 Championship...Competed in MAAC Championship and in the NCAA East Regional Championship.
TF: Placed 6th in 1500 at the UB Spring Opener...Placed 4th in the 800 at the UB Team Invite...Set personal best in the 800 at UB Team Invite...Awarded “Rookie of the Year” team award for women’s track & field

Before Niagara
Was a four-year member of the varsity cross country and varsity track and field teams...Also competed on the varsity basketball, lacrosse and swimming teams...Was cross country MVP in 2017...Was Female Athlete of the Year in 2018 and 2019...Was swim team MVP in 2019, basketball MVP in 2018 and 2019 and lacrosse team MVP in 2018...Was an Academic Honor Roll student and Student Council vice president and athletic representative.
