Prior to Niagara: Ran both XC and T&F at Lakewood High School in Ohio...also played basketball in high school while playing club softball...in cross country as a freshman was was First Team LCL, First Team All-District, First Team All-Region, and was named All-Ohio...as a sophomore she was named Second Team LCL...as a junior and senior she was named First Team LCL and First Team All-District both years. She helped lead her team to LCL titles in 2021 and 2022.Â
Personal: Daughter of Stephanie and Chris Pound...has three siblings...was a scholar athlete in high school...finished fourth in her class in high school
