Junior (2006): First team All-MAAC...MAAC All-Academic...Started all 47 games behind the plate...Recorded the eighth-most hits (42), fourth-most at-bats (136), and sixth-most doubles (10) in a single-season at Niagara...Third on the team in hitting (.309), second in doubles and third in hits and RBI (23)...Was 4 for 5 in stolen bases...Posted a .988 fielding percentage and 288 putouts...Picked off two runners to lead the league in MAAC games...Hit .348 with runners on, .333 with the bases loaded and .404 with runners in scoring position...Registered 10 multi-hit games and six multi-RBI outings...Finished the season with a five-game hitting streak that included eight hits, six runs, a pair of doubles and a home run...Recorded a pair of doubles vs. St. Joseph’s (3/19).

Sophomore (2005): Started all 41 games...Fifth on the team in hitting (.276), third in hits (32), first in doubles (8) and third in RBI (15)...Was 2 for 2 in stolen bases...Posted a .966 fielding percentage and the most putouts on the team (169)...Picked off four runners...Ranked second in MAAC-only games in runners picked off...Fifth on the team in slugging percentage (.354)...Registered eight multi-hit and three multi-RBI games...Had a six-game hitting streak from April 14 to April 17...Registered a pair of doubles in the Marist series (4/17)...Collected a season-high three RBI in a win over St. Francis (Pa.) (4/27).

Freshman (2004): MAAC Rookie of the Year and second team All-MAAC...Appeared in all 46 games, starting 45...Led the team in hits (45), and was second in hitting (.333), doubles (8) and total bases (55)...Was 4 for 4 in stolen bases...Posted a .972 fielding percentage and had the second-most putouts on the team (162)...Picked off four runners...Third on the squad in slugging percentage (.407)...Registered 14 multi-hit games...Had two doubles in a win at Radford (3/27)...Was 4 for 4 with two RBI and a run in a win over Saint Peter’s (4/25)...Collected six hits on eight plate appearances in the Saint Peter’s series...Had 14 hits in the final 10 games.

Freshman (2003): Medical redshirt due to an injury.

High School: Member of the National Softball Association Washington State Championship team in 2003 while at Moscrop Secondary…Won the 1998 Western Canadian Championship…Won the 1998 B.C. Provincial title and placed second in 2000 and 2002…Canadian National Champions in 2000 and 2003…Also played volleyball and basketball.

Personal: Born July 13, 1984, in Burnaby, B.C.…Daughter of Howard and Susan Sum…Has two older sisters, Andrea and Alison…Majoring in education.
