Gates-Chili High School: Named Division I Player of the Year for Monroe County and first team All-Greater Rochester as a senior...Recorded 29 goals in his final two seasons  and helped Spartans to the state title in 2003...Played club soccer for the Rochester Jr. Rhinos, winning three state titles in 2003, 2004 and 2006.

Personal: Born Aug. 8, 1987...Son of Frank and Janet Lobene...Has four brothers: Franky, Adam, Matt and John, and a sister, Janaraha...Pursuing  a major in accounting.
