2013-14 Season
Saw action in a career-high 25 games...Scored a career-best four goals and added an assist for five points...Took 49 shots...Had 10 blocks on the season.

2012-13 Season
Named to the AHA All-Academic Team...Saw action in 31 games his freshman year, scoring a goal and adding five assists for six points...Scored his first career-point in his first game as a Purple Eagle vs. Bowling Green (10/5)...Tallied his first career goal vs. UConn (11/3) and earned a career-high two points against UConn (11/3)...Finished the season with 39 looks on net.  

Before Niagara
Played for the Brockville Braves of the Central Junior A Hockey League (CJHL) for two seasons...Registered 46 goals, 62 assists and 108 points in 128 games with the Braves... Named a Robinson Division all-star during the 2011-12 season.

Born in Montreal, Quebec...Son of Andre Chartrain and Rosalie Matys...Has a brother, C.J. (‘13) who was a member of the men’s hockey team.
