Why Niagara?
“I was offered a visit from Coach Madsen, and was very impressed by Niagara’s campus as well as its smaller class sizes. I liked everything that the coaches had to say about the school, and the hockey program. My brother and I were offered a four-year scholarship, and I was excited about the financial weight this lifted from my parents. I’m also very excited for the opportunity to play three more years of hockey with my brother Luke at Niagara.”

2015-16 Season
Played in 11 games as a junior at Niagara...Scored four points, all assists...Led the team with a plus-1 rating.

2014-15 Season
Suited up for 24 games this season… Tallied seven points including two goals and five assists… Had 19 shots on net and a shooting percentage of .105…Registered a personal game-high of two points twice against Air Force (1/9 and 2/21) with one goal and one assist in each game.

2013-14 Season
Tied for eighth on the squad with 14 points off five goals and nine assists in 26 games as a freshman...Earned first two career points against Canisius (10/12) with a pair of assists...Scored first career goal at Robert Morris (10/19)...Finished the season with 38 looks on net and a plus-6.

Before Niagara
Spent previous three season with the CCHL’s Carleton Place Canadians...Played in 181 games for the Canadians, scoring 58 goals and 100 assists for 158 points...Contributed 18 powerplay tallies...Most Improved Player in 2011.

Personal
Born in Kingston, Ontario...Son of Scott and Christine Edwards...Has two brothers, Andrew and Luke, who plays forward for the Niagara hockey team, and a sister Alyssa...Majoring in sociology...Right shot.
