Biography

As a Junior: Played in 34 games…Erupted for a career-best six goals and six assists…Six goals led team’s defensemen… Three goals came on power play…Scored five goals in CHA play…Had two assists against Air Force (Nov. 2)…Had three points (1+2) in series against the Falcons…Had one goal and one assist against Alabama-Huntsville (Dec. 1).

 

As a Sophomore: Played in 29 games…Recorded five assists…Made 32 shots on goal…Had a +5 plus/minus rating…Took 11 penalties for 22 minutes…Named to Syracuse Invitational All-Tournament Team.

 

As a Freshman: Appeared in 31 games…Scored one goal and added six assists…Registered 37 shots on goal and 28 penalty minutes…Had +6 plus/minus rating…Scored one power-play goal…Scored his first collegiate goal against Wayne State (March 2)…Earned his first collegiate point, an assist, against Alabama-Huntsville (Nov. 18)…Earned the Coaches Spirit Award.

 

Before Niagara: Sat out the 1999-00 season at Niagara… Played for the Leamington Flyers of the Western Ontario Junior B Hockey League (WOJHL) during the 1998-99 season…Registered 12 goals and 20 assists for Leamington…Tallied 200 penalty minutes…Named the Flyers' Most Outstanding Defenseman…Chosen WOJHL Defensive Player of the Year…Played on the league's all-star team…Played for the Brampton Capitals of the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League (OPJHL) for the 1997-98 season…Attended Iona Catholic Secondary.
