2013 (Senior)
Co-captain of team. Finished as squad’s #1 runner in 5 of 7 races (including MAAC Championship and NCAA Regionals)...Scored within team’s top-5 on 6 of 7 occasions...Top-10 finish at Canisius College Invitational...Season and team best time of 26.52min; team and personal best of 33.36min in 10k...Made NU’s MAAC and NCAA Regional squads...Recognized as team’s Most Supportive athlete...Made MAAC All-Academic team.
2012 (Junior)
Finished in the team's top-5 in four races in the 2012 season...Led the team in three races, including a performance in the UB Stampede where he ran a 26:13.8 and finished 19th overall.
2011 (Sophomore)
Competed in all seven meets...turned in a 26:58 at the Albany Invitational 8k.
2010 (Freshman)
Ran in all seven meets...Set a personal best at the 2010 MAAC Championships, finishing the 8k course in a time of 26:34.
