2005: MAAC All-Academic...Had four-straight top-40 finishes...Was Niagara’s top runner in the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28), posting a season-low time in the 8K of 27:15, and at the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 12)...Won second-straight Little Three Meet individual title with a time of 27:58 in the 8K event (Oct. 15) to earn Niagara’s co-Athlete of the Week accolades...Earned seventh place at the Buffalo Open (Oct. 8)...Came in 15th at the Le Moyne Invitational (Oct. 1).
2004: Led the Purple Eagles in each of his six meets…Posted season-low 8K time of 27:43 in Little Three Meet, earning the individual title (Oct. 16)…Earned co-Niagara Athlete of the Week (Oct. 18) for his first-place finish at the Little Three Meet…Placed 15th overall at the Buffalo Open, recording a time of 28:25 (Oct. 9)…Posted a time of 28:00-or-less in two of five 8K races (Oct. 16, Oct. 30).
Grand Island High School: First-team All-Niagara Frontier League as a senior…Member of Western New York Jets club track team…USA Track and Field regional champion in the 400 intermediate hurdles, qualifying for the National Junior Olympics…Competed on the volleyball, basketball, swimming and track teams.
