Jordan Rodriguez is in his first season with the Purple Eagles as an assistant coach for the cross country and track teams.
Prior to accepting the position at Niagara University, Rodriguez was the head cross country coach at Depew High School (Depew, NY) and the co-head cross country and track and field coach at Ida S. Baker High School (Cape Coral, FL).
While at Ida S. Baker HS, Rodriguez helped the cross country boys’ team qualify for the state meet, and the cross country girls’ team qualify for the regional meet, after a 10 year drought. With Rodriguez on the coaching staff, the Bulldogs sent athletes to the state track meet every year.
Rodriguez, a graduate of the University of South Florida, earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science. He has also obtained USATF Level 2 certifications in Endurance and Jumps.
