Biography

As a Junior: Appeared in all 51 games…Hit .255 and collected 10 extra-base hits…Had eight doubles, one triple, and one home run.

 

Before Niagara: Transferred from Jefferson Community College where he hit .338 with two home runs, six triples and 10 doubles in two seasons…Received Region 3 All-Star honors as a sophomore…Helped team reach the semifinals in Region 3…Hit .400 in the postseason tournament with a 3-for-4 showing in his final game at JCC.

 

Beaver River High School:  Named the 2000 Athlete of the Year.

 

Personal: Born Feb. 7, 1982, in Croghan, N.Y.…Son of Jeff and Joan Bruckman…Has a younger brother, Aaron…Majoring in criminal justice.
