Why Niagara?
"I liked the Division I hockey program with great coaching and a great history. The school has a high academic status with a Catholic background, and campus is close to home for friends and family to come support the hockey program."

2017-18:
Played in 34 of 36 games for the Purple Eagles...tied for 5th on the team with 14 points with 8 goals and 6 assists...Tied for the team lead with 5 power play goals

2016-17:
Played in 35 games during his first full season with the Purple Eagles...Tied for third on the team in scoring with 15 points, tallying eight goals and adding seven assists...Second on Niagara with six power-play points (3+3)...Recorded two goals at RPI (10/21) including the game-tying goal...Also scored twice at Sacred Heart (11/19)...Tied for the Niagara lead with four points (1+3) in five postseason games...Scored one goal and one assist at RIT (3/3) including the game-tying goal before Niagara went on to win 5-4...71 shots and 11 blocked shots in his sophomore campaign.

2015-16:
Appeared in 21 games for Niagara after joining the team midway through the season...Scored three goals and three assists for six points...Tallied an assist at Mercyhurst (1/8) for his first collegiate point...Scored his first Niagara goal on the power play at AIC (2/6)...Registered 43 shots on goal.

Before Niagara:
Played 22 games with the Smiths Falls Bears of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) in 2015, totaling 11 goals and 19 assists for 30 points...Led the Aurora Tigers of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) in scoring during the 2014-15 season, scoring 28 goals and 37 assists for 65 points in 52 games...Appeared in 28 playoff games with Aurora in 2014 and 2015, totaling 10 goals and nine assists for 19 points.

Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario...Son of John and Colleen Curran...Has two sisters, Keigan and Kelsey...Majoring in education...Right shot.
