2013 (Senior)
Set personal best in the 8k (27:20)...Finished in team’s top-5 in 6 races (team’s #2 scorer in the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational).Made MAAC All-Academic team...Voted as team’s invaluable 5th runner.
2012 (Junior)
Finished in NU's top-5 in all six races in 2012...Ran a season-low 27:23.3 in the UB Stampede.
2011 (Sophomore)
Ran in all seven meets for in his sophomore season....Ran a personal best 27:52 in the 8k National Catholic Invitational.
2010 (Freshman)
Competed in two races during 2010...Set a new 8k best at the 2010 MAAC Championship, finishing in a time of 28:14.
