Started in net in all 31 games...Was named to the 2010 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award (most outstanding player) list...Earned All-CHA First Team honors...Was named CHA Defensive Player of the Week three times (Nov. 16, Nov. 30, Feb. 1)...Had a career season as a Purple Eagle...Set career season-best with 755 saves, a .915 save percentage and a 2.25 goals against average...Bauer’s gaa and save percentage were second in the conference...Second in the conference in saves and saves per game...Had a 2.08 gaa and .922 save percentage in CHA games...Stopped a career-high 44 shots in Niagara’s 2-1 win over No. 1 Mercyhurst for the program first-ever win against a top-ranked team...The win snapped Mercyhurst’s 16-game unbeaten streak and its 26-game CHA unbeaten streak...Made at least 20 saves in 21 matches.

Bauer spent the 2007-08 season as a member of the Bemidji State women’s hockey team...Prior to attending BSU, Bauer earned hockey and track and field most valuable player at St. Francis Secondary.
