Why Niagara?
"I chose Niagara because I loved the campus, the women’s hockey team, the coaching staff and their coaching style. I also liked the area the campus is located in and the size of the campus, and class sizes. I enjoyed my visit while I was there and after a lot of thought I decided that it is where I wanted to play hockey for the next four years."

Before Niagara
Won a gold medal with Team Alberta at the Canada Winter Games in 2011...Alberta Major Midget Female Hockey League All-Star team...Recieved "Most Sportsmanlike Player" award for both the AMMFHL and the Highwood Raiders...Invitation to Team Canada U-18 in May 2010 and August 2010.

Born in Calgary, AB...Daugher of Daryl and Angela Helfrich...Has two brothers, Matthew and Justin...Majoring in biology.
