Bethlehem, P.A. – The Niagara women's bowling partook in two traditional matches along with three baker matches to move into first place at the NEC #2 going 7-2 to cap off day two.
Game 1 (Traditional): Niagara 905, FDU 920
Niagara fell to Fairleigh Dickinson by 15 pins,
Kate Ackerman recorded a team high bowling a 190.
Game 2 (Traditional): Niagara 997, Monmouth 848
The Purple Eagles got back to their winning ways defeating the Hawks by 149 pins. The Purple and White were led by Ackerman again as she poured in a 248.
Game 3 (Baker): Niagara 929, Wagner 549
The Purple and White defeated the Seahawks by a total of 380 pins to take the first game of baker.
Game 4 (Baker): Niagara 968, Duquesne 951
Niagara recorded their second baker match victory over Duquesne by 17 pins to improve to 2-0 in baker.
Game 5 (Baker): Niagara 961, Mercyhurst 882
To cap off day two the Purple Eagles defeated the Lakers by 79 pins to improve to 3-0 in baker and 7-2 overall.
