Smithfield, R.I. — The National Tenpin Coaches Association announced Wednesday that eight student-athletes were recognized as National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Scholar Athletes for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.
Niagara was also recognized as a 2025 NTCA All-Academic Scholar Teams which recognizes exceptional academic achievement among NTCA-affiliated NCAA Bowling programs.
The NTCA All-Academic Team honors collegiate bowlers who have excelled in the classroom while competing at the highest levels of the sport. To be eligible, student-athletes must have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.4 during the academic year and to qualify for the NTCA All-Academic Scholar Team award, programs must have maintained a cumulative team GPA of 3.2 or higher during the 2024–25 academic year.
