Both Niagara University's hockey team and women's basketball team made a trip to Heart, Love, and soul to deliverer various foods to help support locals in need.
 
The canned goods were collected a various home games over for the Purple Eagles. After the teams delivered the goods to Ontario Ave in Niagara Falls the women's basketball team of Jade Campbell, Jade Rutledge and Caliana Fenceroy took a tour of the facility seeing what the organization does to help the local community.
 
The men's basketball team's food drive is on December 20 against Houghton as the game will start at 1 p.m.
