North Andover, M.A. – Three first half goals from Merrimack prevails them past Niagara 3-0 at Martone-Mejail Field in North Andover, M.A.
The Warriors improves to 3-5-1, 1-2 MAAC as the Purple Eagles drop to 4-4, 1-2 MAAC.
Merrimack recorded three first half goals at the 13th, 35th and 42nd respectively to put the Warrior up 3-0 going into the break.
After the break the Purple Eagles hoped for a comeback attempting four shots in the second half unable to break through on the scoresheet. The Purple and white outshot the Warriors 4-3 in the second half.

• Wednesday's contest is the first time the programs have meet in their history
• Niagara is now 0-1 all time against Merrimack
• Four Purple Eagles played the full 90 minutes and a total of 18 saw playing time
