NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, NY – Niagara men's soccer head coach
Bill Boyle announced the programs 16-game slate Thursday afternoon, featuring six games at Niagara Field. The teams schedule will feature a competitive non-conference slate before beginning MAAC play.
Niagara begins the season at 2022 Mid-American Conference runner-up Akron (Aug. 24), the first of four games on the road to start the season.
The season-opening road swing continues for the Purple Eagles with trips to Robert Morris (Aug. 27), UAlbany (Sep. 1), and Stonehill (Sep. 4), before welcoming back alumni on Sep. 9 for the home opener against Duquesne at 7 p.m.
NU's final non-league game of the season is set for Sep. 13 at Little Three Rival St. Bonaventure, a 7 p.m. kick-off between the longtime rivals.
MAAC play opens on Monteagle Ridge when the Purple Eagles welcome the Iona Gaels to Niagara Field on Sep. 16. Niagara will also host Siena (Oct. 7), Manhattan (Oct. 14), Canisius (Oct. 25), and Mount St. Mary's (Nov. 1) during conference play.
The Purple and White will play league road games against Marist (Sep. 23), Fairfield (Sep. 30), Saint Peter's (Oct. 11), Rider (Oct. 21), and defending MAAC Champion Quinnipiac (Oct. 28).

Bill Boyle. Boyle has accumulated a 33-74-11 mark in his Niagara tenure.
