Coach's Corner
  • "The women did very well today," said head coach Christine Kloiber. "The weather was the best we've had this this year and they really took advantage of it. We had plenty of all-time personal bests and high placings, but it wasn't just in any one event area; it was across the board. It's exciting that they can sense that they're all doing well, which just keeps building the confidence as we get towards the championship. They feel it in their own training, but they are so connected; they are very aware when others are PR'ing in other events. It is so wonderful to see them connecting and supporting each other. It's been a tough two years coming out of the doldrums of COVID, and it feels like we're finally back into the flow we had three years ago. We're looking forward to the University of Rochester invite next week."
