NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, NY – The Purple Eagles look to extend their four-game win streak this week when they head to Iona and Quinnipiac. Niagara and the Gaels tip-off at 7 p.m. from the Hynes Center on Thursday night before taking the Bobcats on Saturday at 1 p.m. in Hamden, Conn.
Last Time Out:
• Niagara won its fourth straight last Saturday over Monmouth 80-74.

Angel Parker finished with 23 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, while
Aaliyah Parker recorded her fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

• Junior
Angel Parker leads the Purple and White with 16.2 points, 5.2 assists, and 3.9 steals. She has averaged 19.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 2.3 steals in her last three games while shooting 49 percent from the field and 77 percent on the line.

Aaliyah Parker won her sixth MAAC Rookie of the Week Award this past Monday after recording a pair of double-doubles and helping NU go 3-0.
• On the season, Aaliyah is second on the team with 11.6 points per game and leads the team with 6.1 rebounds per contest.

Olivia Mason has Niagara's best shooting percentage, shooting 48.8 percent from the field, followed by fellow senior
Maddy Yelle, who has made 47.4 from the floor this season.
• In conference play,
Ally Haar is shooting 35.3 percent behind the 3-point line and averaging 10.3 points per game. The senior guard has made 37 3-pointers this season.
• Mason is second on the team in rebounding with 5.7 boards per game 2.6 per game on the offensive end.
Series History: Iona
• Niagara and Iona have split the last 10 matchups, winning the most recent meeting on Jan. 1, 2021, by the final score of 81-63.
• This is the first meeting between the Purple Eagles and Gaels this season after the two teams split their back-to-back games on Monteagle Ridge last season.
• The Purple and White last trip to the Hynes Center was on Jan. 16, 2020, a 63-57 win for NU
Series History: Quinnipiac
• The Purple Eagles lost to the Bobcats on Jan. 29 by the final score of 79-86.
