LEWISBURG, PA – The Niagara men's golf team finished up the Bucknell Invitational Tuesday afternoon with a 12th place team finish with a 54-hole score of 888 (+48).
Tyler Edholm and
Lincoln Cizek highlighted the event for Niagara finishing tied for 31st on the individual leader board.
Edholm posted scored of 73 (+3) in both the first and second rounds of play, before posting a 74 (+4) in round three.
Cizek also posted a 73 (+3) in round one and took off one stroke in round two with a score of 72 (+2), before closing out the invite with a third-round score of 75 (+5).
Ben Fey shot his best round of the event on day three with a 72 (+2). Over the first two rounds Fey sat at 151 (+11) after scoring a 73 (+3) and 78 (+8), respectively.
Ryan Sabo scored a 76 (+6) and followed that up with a 77 (+7) in round two before shooting his best round of the event on Tuesday with a 74 (+4).
Owen Gauder finished the invitational with a score of 235 (+25) after posting scores of 77 (+7), 76 (+6), and 82 (+12).
This concludes the fall portion of the Niagara men's golf schedule. The Purple and White will be back in action this spring as it prepares for the MAAC Men's Golf Championship in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., April 21-23, 2023.
