LEWISTON, N.Y. – The Niagara University Department of Athletics held the annual Ray Kist Memorial Golf Classic at the Niagara Falls Country Club on June 7 to wrap up the Niagara University alumni weekend festivities. The 24
th edition boasted the most participants (116) in a decade.
The yearly outing honors the late Ray Kist, the head trainer at Niagara University for 16 years. Anne Kist, the wife of Ray, and several friends and members of the Kist family once again participated in the event.
Participants enjoyed a fun day of golf, food and mingling with friends, with lunch and dinner served at the country club.
All monies raised through the Kist Memorial Golf Classic directly support the student-athletes at Niagara University. Niagara Athletics would like to thank all of the sponsors, participants and volunteers for their help and support.
