LEWISTON, N.Y. – The Niagara men's golf team defeated crosstown rival Canisius, 295 (+7)-298 (+10) on Thursday.
Tyler Edholm tied for first place, firing a 72 to finish even par.
Ryan Sabo placed fourth. He carded a 73 (+1).
Matt Pawlak finished in fifth place with a score of 74 (+2).
Lincoln Cizek tied for sixth place after carding a 76 (+4).
Ben Fey tied for eighth place with a score of 78 (+6) and
Ian Wagner carded an 84 (+12) to finish in 12
th place.
The Purple Eagles hit the links next on Thursday, April 15 when they host Canisius and St. Bonaventure at Niagara Falls Country Club for the annual Little 3 Championship.
