EDISON, N.J. – The MAAC has announced the results of the men's and women's golf preseason coaches' poll.
The women were selected to finish eighth, while the men were picked to finish ninth.
The men's team returns five players from last year's squad and welcome two newcomers, while the women return five student-athletes and welcome four newcomers.
Both teams were only able to compete in one event before the spring 2020 season was cancelled due to Covid-19. The men competed at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate, where the team earned a 12
th place finish, and the women placed 12
th at the Lonnie Barton Invitational.
The Purple Eagles' spring 2021 schedules are still to be announced.
