ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Purple Eagles women's golf team completed the Navy Fall Invitational on Sunday. The team placed 12^th with a total score of 698 (+122).

"I'm so proud of the teams' tenacity and ability to drop strokes," said head coach Selena Borek.

Sriya Machiraju and Marina Heister finished tied for 49^th place with total scores of 167 (+23). Machiraju shot a career-low 80 (+8) in the second round and jumped up 17 spots in the standings. Heister carded an 82 (+10) in the second round.

Isabel Mabry shot an 84 (+12) in the second round and finished with a total 36-hole score of 170 (+26). She tied for 57^th place.

Hannah Cassidy and Hanna Dombroski tied for 73^rd. Cassidy shaved 15 strokes off her first-round score to card a 92 (+20) in the second round. Dombroski shot 97 (+25). Both finished with a total score of 199 (+55).

The Purple Eagles close out the fall season at Lehigh Invitational Oct. 25-26.
