AMHERST, N.Y. – The Niagara women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches on Saturday.

MATCH SUMMARY
Doubles

• NU lost all three doubles point, though the Purple Eagles were edged in No. 1 doubles.
• The team of Megan Gamble and Erika Gonzalez lost to Danna Taylor and Courtney Ollis, 7-6 (5).
• No. 2 doubles – Andreea Peteu/Madigan Humiston – also lost a close match, 6-4.
   

Singles

• The Purple Eagles lost all six singles matches.
• Peteu pushed her match to a super tiebreaker after winning the second set, 6-3. She lost the tiebreaker, 10-4.

MATCH SUMMARY
Doubles

• UB won all three doubles matches, but the No. 1 team of Megan Gamble and Erika Gonzalez put in another solid performance.
• The duo lost in a tiebreak, 7-6 (3), to UB's Ambre Amat and Pia Schwarz.
   

Singles

• NU fell in all six singles matches in straight sets.
• Olga Donchu, Niagara's No. 1, battled to a 7-5, 6-4 defeat against UB's Deniz Comlek.
