WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – Darrel Harxhi picked up Niagara's lone point as the Purple Eagles fell to the Northern Kentucky Norse, 6-1, on Saturday night.

Match Summary

• Darrel Harxhi outlasted NKU's Aleksander Sadal in the final match of the evening. Harxhi was on the first set 6-3, before dropping the second set 6-4. Harxhi edged Sadal in a super tiebreaker, 11-9.
• The Purple Eagles were edged in two of the three doubles matches.
• The doubles team of Brent Boleslav and Lukas Wenninger had their serve broke once as they fell, 6-4, in two doubles.
• The three doubles team of Bruno Goncalves and Pere Padro was unable to hold on to 5-4 lead and fell in a tiebreaker, 7-6(5).
• In singles, NKU proceeded to win in four, six and three singles to clinch the match.
