WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – Niagara dropped its MAAC opener to the Quinnipiac Bobcats on Saturday evening.

Match Summary

• The doubles team of Josh Wilson and Darrel Harxhi played a solid match en route to defeating Austin Yannone and Freddie Zaretsky, 6-1, in two doubles.
• However, the Bobcats won 6-3 in No. 1 and 3 doubles to earn the point.
• Quinnipiac followed by winning all six singles matches in straight sets.
