- 76' – Casey stretched and knocked another Yale shot over the bar and out of play. The save resulted in a corner, which Niagara recovered and carried across midfield for an offensive chance.
Coach's Corner
- Head coach Bill Boyle: "We saw another tough opponent on the road. With it being their first game we had no information on them. We conceded a tough rebound goal in the first half and couldn't get our own first goal. We had chances in the second and had done enough to tie the game. We are growing as a team and we will continue to grow. Our effort is there."
Beyond the Boxscore
- Steve Casey made eight saves to up his season total to 18. In each of the previous two seasons, Casey wasn't tested with his 18th save of the year until his fifth appearance.
