NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. – The Niagara women's soccer team kicks off a two-game road trip on Saturday, Sept. 23 when they face off against Saint Peter's. Opening kick is set for 2:00 p.m.
Last Time Out
- The Purple Eagles captured a 2-0 win over Manhattan on Wednesday, Sept. 20 to pick up their first conference win of the season.
- Courtney Betts opened scoring for Niagara in the final minute of the first half. Bayley Sullivan gathered the ball in open space on the end-line and delivered a cross into the box that got past both the final defender and the goalie, finding Betts wide open inside the six-yard box.
- Niagara dominated play in the second half, outshooting Manhattan, 10 to five.

- Goalkeepers Sabrina Locas and van Nuland have split appearances all season, combining for three total shutouts, 43 saves and 1.22 goals against per game.

- Freshman goalkeeper Victoria Scarratt has seen the most time in net for the Peacocks. She is second in the MAAC in saves (62) and first in the MAAC in saves per game (8.86). She has recorded a .795 save percentage through seven appearances this season.
