After opening this week with the annual Battle of the Bridge matchup at Canisius, the Niagara men's soccer team looks to gain some momentum through the remainder of their MAAC schedule. They return home on Saturday, Oct. 7 to take on the Saint Peter's Peacocks. The match is slated to kickoff at 7:00 p.m. at Niagara Field.

• Niagara fell to crosstown rival Canisius 5-0 in the annual 'Battle of the Bridge' matchup.
• Senior goaltender Steve Casey tied a career-high in saves with 11 against the Golden Griffins.

• Saint Peter's has been outscored in their first three conference games this year 9-1.
• Jordan Jowers leads the team in goals (three), points (six), shots (22), and shots on goal (11). Dominic Laws shares the team lead with Jowers in shots on goal.
• Robbie Anderson has played every minute in net for the Peacocks. He has recorded a 1.87 goals against average and accumulated 45 saves. As a team, Saint Peter's ranks third in the MAAC with 46 saves.
