The fifth-seeded Niagara Purple Eagles (8-7-2, 6-4-0 MAAC) will play at the defending MAAC Tournament Champions Rider Broncs (6-3-1, 7-10-1) in the MAAC Tournament First Round on Saturday at 7 pm. The winner of the first round game will play either No. 1 Monmouth or No. 2 Manhattan in the semifinals on Nov. 6 hosted by Monmouth University.
Ticket Information - Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 years old and under, and admission is free for Niagara University students with ID.

- Claire Feiertag is fourth in minutes played this season (1582:45). She allowed just over a goal per game (1.08), which was sixth best in the MAAC.
- Niagara is third in the MAAC with 15.53 shots per game.
Purple Eagles In The MAAC Tournament- The Purple Eagles are 7-11-0 in conference tournament play since the 1999 season.Â
- Niagara is seeking its first MAAC Tournament crown since it last won its only championship in 2006 and earning the program's only berth to the NCAA Tournament.
- Last season, the third-seeded Purple Eagles defeated Canisius, 1-0, in the first round before falling to Fairfield 1-1 (3-2 penalty kicks) in the semifinals.Â
Across The Pitch: No. 4 Rider Broncs (9-6-1, 6-3-1 MAAC)- The Purple Eagles lead the all-time series, 11-7-1.
- Niagara is 4-3-1 in the last eight meetings and will be looking for its first win at Rider since 2008.
- Rider finished the regular season with a 3-1-1 record including a win against Niagara on Oct. 14.
- The Broncs are 6-0 at home this season with six shutouts.
- Hollie Kelsh lead the MAAC with her .57 assists per game average and eight total assists
- Bethany May Howard had 103 saves on the season, good for second best in the MAAC. Her .88 save percentage was also second best in conference.
