Niagara Women’s Soccer Shoots to “Kick Out Cancer”


NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. – Come support the Niagara women’s soccer team and the fight against cancer on Friday, April 26 at 7 p.m. at Niagara Field as the Purple Eagles take on the Niagara hockey team in their “Kick out Cancer” game. 
 
Both teams will be sporting pink jerseys in support of the American Cancer Society, and fans are encouraged to wear pink as well to support the women’s soccer team and the cause. 
 
Donations will be taken at the entrance of the field, and all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
 
The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACS has 12 geographic Divisions, more than 900 local offices nationwide, and a presence in more than 5,100 communities.  To learn more about ACS, and what they do, please click here.

The game will be held rain or shine so come out and support the Purple Eagles kick out cancer!
