NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - Niagara Athletics and SIDEARM Sports are proud to announce the launch of the official Purple Eagles Android Application, the ultimate destination for Purple Eagle fans on-the-go!

The free Android application is driven by content from PurpleEagles.com, widening Niagara's digital platform by providing fans the latest news, results, team schedules, rosters and photo galleries. 
 
Purple Eagle fans will now have the opportunity to get up-to-the-minute updates, scroll through the latest photo galleries from NU athletics, get to know the athletes by viewing player bios and view the team schedules so you know when and where to watch the games!  Once downloaded, fans can also take advantage of special features such as Push messaging and location-based ads.   

The Niagara University Android app can be downloaded by clicking on the link at the top of the page or from the Android Market Place (market.android.com - search NU Purple Eagles).
