Why Niagara?
It seems like a place where I can really grow and learn who I am. I can’t wait to see all the new things I learn on and off the field/classroom.

2018:
Placed second in shot put (12.36m) at Golden Eagle Invite…Placed third in shot put with new personal best of 12.53m at Brockport Invite…Placed first in shot put (12.22m) at Highlander Invite…Placed fifth (12.14m) in shot put and 11th in discus (31.49m) at Geneseo Early Season Invite…Placed first in shot put (12.10m) and third in discus (30.35m) at Alfred State College Invite…Placed fourth (11.84) in shot put and fourth in discus at UB invite…Placed 11th in shot put  and 10th in discus (new personal best of 37.08m) at MAAC Outdoor Championship.

2017:
Placed 3^rd in shot put at Brockport Golden Eagle Multi Invite with personal best of 11.95m…Placed 5^th in shot put at Golden Eagle Invite…Placed 9^th in shot put at Monmouth Season Opener…Placed 7^th in discus at Geneseo Invite with a personal best of 34.40m and placed 5^th in shot put…Placed 6^th at Nazareth Invite in shot put and 9^th in discus throw…Placed 5^th at Stony Brook Invite in discus and 1^st in shot put with personal best of 12m in shot put…Placed 6^th in discus throw at UB Invite and 4^th in shot put with personal best of 12.10m...Recipient of Unsung Hero Award for track & field.

2016:
As a freshman, improved from previous high school best by 3 feet in the shot put…Nominated for Unsung Hero Award/NU Athletics…Placed 6th in shot at Brockport Mid-Season Classic…placed 9th in discus at Monmouth Season Open…Placed 8th in discus at Ocean State Invitational…Placed 3rd in shot at Ocean State Invitational with personal best of 11.90m…placed 4th at UB Open in shot with 11.84m…Placed 7th at UB Open in discus…Scored in MAAC Championship with 6th place in shot (11.66m).

Before Niagara:
1st NYS catholic small school shot and discus in 2013, 2014, and 2015 at Immaculata Academy…Went to the state federation consecutively in the same years…Achieved second honors in 2013 and 2014 for academics.

Personal:
Born in Buffalo, NY…Daughter of David and Suzanne Gerard…Has seven siblings Nick, Steven, David, Katie, Jack, Robert, and Theresa Gerard…Favorite athlete in Louis Zamperini…Career aspiration is to be a therapist.
