Why Niagara?
“I chose Niagara because I like this state. I wanted to study in a small university. Niagara gave me the opportunity to play tennis and also be in a good academic program. I chose Niagara because they have the same climate as in Ukraine. Also I liked tennis in Niagara and the team and how they could play. Niagara is located near the Canadian border. I also love the coach.”

2014-15 Season
Had a successful first year at Monteagle Ridge going 12-6 in singles play which was tied for second on the team for wins and recorded an 8-0 conference record which was best on the team… Had a combined 9-7 doubles record with partners Brooke Briseno and Iva Celan and had a 6-1 conference record with Briseno… In the last 10 matches, Peisakhova went 8-2 in singles play and 7-3 in doubles play with Briseno, including a season ending 6-match win streak.

Before Niagara
Peisakhova comes to Niagara from K.D. Ushynsky South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University in Odesa, Ukraine and has been playing tennis for 10 years… Semifinalist for singles play in the Ukrainian Championship in 2014 and finalist in doubles play while making the semifinals a year before in the same competition in doubles play… Was a semifinalist in singles play and a finalist in doubles play in the National Odessa Championship in 2014.

Born in Odessa, Ukraine… Daughter of Andrii and Inna… Majoring in sports management.
