- The Purple Eagles will host Siena for their annual Play4Kay game. For every person that attends the game, head coach Jada Pierce will donate one dollar to the Kay Yow Fund.

- Niagara is tied for third in the MAAC in 3-point field goal percentage; the team is 138-for-434 (31.8%), is second in free throw percentage (75.4%) and is fourth in the MAAC in overall field goal percentage (39.8%).

- Sophomore guard Jackie Benitez leads the Saints in scoring with 16.5 points per game. She is second in the MAAC in scoring. Benitez has the second-best free throw percentage (81.7%) in the MAAC and has the most steals (3.3 steals per game).
- Kollyns Scarbrough, a junior guard, leads the team in rebounding with 6.2 rebounds per game.
- Senior forward Meghan Donohue has the best field goal percentage in the conference; she is 121-for-214 for a percentage of 56.5
- Overall, the Saints are second in the MAAC in steals (10.3 per game), third in scoring (65.9 points per game) and fifth in field goal percentage (38.9%) and blocked shots (3.2 blocks per game).
