BUFFALO, N.Y. – Sophomore Ryan DeLola led the Purple Eagles men's cross country team at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Saturday.

Meet Marks

DeLola ran his second-fastest 8k time, finishing in 27:01 and leading the Purple Eagles for the fourth straight race. He placed 25^th overall out of 54 runners.
Freshman Joseph Tricarico finished second for the Purple Eagles with a time of 28:09.
Senior Ben Slate finished third on the team with an 8k time of 30:18, freshman Nicholas Surdej finished fourth with a time of 30:54 and William Fritz finished fifth, running the 8k in 32:12.
The team placed fifth overall.
