First Round Results

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Niagara men's golf team completed the first round of the Navy Fall Classic at the United States Naval Academy Golf Course on Sunday. The team shot a total of 295 (+11) and is tied for seventh place after the first 18 holes.

Daniel Weimer led Niagara, firing a 71 (E). Weimer is tied for ninth place overall.

Wilson Lockwood is tied for 18^th; he carded a 73 (+2) in the first round. Christian Nizamis, who shot 74 (+3), is tied for 25^th.

Nicco Gentile and Wilson Lockwood shot 77 (+6) and 79 (+8), respectively. Gentile is tied for 49^th and Lockwood is tied for 63^rd.

The team will complete the final round of the tournament on Monday, Sept. 19.

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, the final round of the Navy Fall Classic was cancelled. The first round results are the final results.
