  • The Purple Eagles closed out a three-game home stand with a 75-62 victory over Hartford on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
  • Kaylee Stroemple led Niagara in scoring with 24 points, tying her career-high. She also led the team in rebounding with a season-high nine rebounds. 
  • Victoria Rampado added 20 points for Niagara and remains the only Purple Eagle to score in double figures in every game this season.
  • Tiffany Corselli had a team-high five steals.
  • Corselli, Stroemple, Rampado and Jamie Sherburne led Niagara in assists with four each.

  • Rampado leads the Purple Eagles in both scoring and rebounding; she averages 17.3 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game. She also has a team-high six blocks and leads averages a team-best 3.0 assists per game.
  • Stroemple and Corselli also average double figures in scoring. Stroemple averages 12.8 points per game and Corselli averages 10.4 points per game.
  • Corselli leads Niagara in steals with 16.
  • Morgan Baughman leads Niagara in 3-point field goal percentage (48.9%).

On the Court: Syracuse Orange
  • Senior guard Alexis Peterson leads the Orange in scoring, averaging 22.4 points per game. She also has a team-high 32 steals and averages a team-best 6.5 assists per game.
  • Bria Day, a senior center, leads Syracuse in rebounding with 8.8 rebounds per game.
  • Day and redshirt-senior guard Brittney Sykes lead the team in blocks with nine each.
  • The Orange, who were defeated by Connecticut in the 2016 NCAA Tournament Championship Game, are the second nationally ranked team the Purple Eagles face this season (Maryland).
