- The Purple Eagles opened conference play with a commanding 66-45 win over the Monmouth Hawks on Friday, Dec. 2. The last time Niagara defeated a MAAC opponent by more than 20 points was on Dec. 7, 2014 when the Purple Eagles beat Manhattan, 64-36.
- Victoria Rampado led the Purple Eagles in scoring and rebounding; she had 15 points and 10 rebounds to record her first double-double of the season. She is the only Purple Eagle to score in double digits in every game so far this season.
- Kaylee Stroemple was second in scoring with 12 points. She also brought down five rebounds and had one steal.
- Rampado and Morgan Baughman led the team in assists with four each and Tiffany Corselli had a team-high three steals.

- Stroemple and Corselli are second in scoring, each averaging 10.5 points per game. Corselli also had a team-best nine steals.
- Freshman guard Maggie McIntyre leads Niagara in assists with 18.
On the Court: Rider Broncs
- Senior guard Robin Perkins leads the Broncs in scoring, averaging 13.3 points per game.
- Julia Duggan, a senior center, leads Rider in rebounding; she has 37 total rebounds and averages 6.2 rebounds per game.
- Freshman guard Stella Johnson and Duggan lead the team in steals; Johnson has a team-high 23 steals and Duggan has 13.
- The Broncs opened MAAC play at Canisius on Friday, Dec. 2. Rider narrowly defeated the Golden Griffins, 71-70. Johnson and Kamila Hoskova led the Broncs with 18 points each and Yeliz Dogan brought down a team-best four rebounds.
