Women's Basketball Looks For First Road Win Of Season At Cleveland State

  • The Purple Eagles hosted No. 6/5 Maryland on Sunday, Nov. 20. The Terrapins defeated Niagara, 96-64.
  • Niagara is the only team so far this season to hold Maryland under 100 points and 64 points is the most the Terrapins have allowed.
  • Victoria Rampado led the Purple Eagles in scoring with a season-high 24 points. Rampado is the only Purple Eagle to score in double digits in all games so far this season.

  • Sophomore forward Ashanti Abshaw leads Cleveland State in scoring with 15.7 points per game.
  • Mariah Miller, a freshman guard, leads the team with 22 total rebounds and an average of 7.3 rebounds per game.
  • Junior forward Olivia Voskuhl leads the Vikings in blocks with three.
  • In their last game on Nov. 16, the Vikings took on No. 8 Ohio State. The Buckeyes defeated Cleveland State 96-78.
  • Abshaw led the Vikings with 25 points and five rebounds. Khayla Livingston added 14 points and had a team-best six assists.
