Niagara Athletics Fan Cutouts Now Available

Purple Eagles supporters can still be a part of the action during the 2020-21 season by purchasing a cardboard cutout to be displayed in the Gallagher Center and at Dwyer Arena.

Join the Purple Eagle Cutout Crew and get your personalized cutout for $50 and there will be a discount available for students and faculty/staff; all proceeds will benefit Niagara University student-athletes.

For season ticket holders who have already placed a deposit or purchased season tickets for the upcoming season, please reach out to the ticket office for more information about the status of their tickets.

Orders submissions must be placed 5 days prior to each home game.
We are unable to create cutouts that include the following:
Obscene, lewd, explicit, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Commercial advertisements, including sponsor names, logos, slogans, websites, and/or phone numbers.
Social media handles and hashtags.
Offensive or negative references to any other team.
Cutouts cannot be used to cheer on an opposing team.
Names, images, or likenesses of any players.
Statements or endorsements of political issues or candidates.
Third party logos/branding.
Niagara Athletics reserve the right to refuse any photos. If your photo is rejected you will be notified and will need to resubmit your photo. All sales are final – no refunds.

One person per photo - No group photos
No selfies - please have someone take your photograph for you.
For best results, stand six (6) feet from the camera and take it at eye-level
You can use your phone to take the photo
Include space around your head and shoulders so that your arms/body are not chopped off.
Don't raise your arms above your shoulders. They will be cropped out
Photos should be taken vertically (portrait orientation).
Props such as foam fingers or flags will get cut off if they extend beyond the width/height of your shoulders.
For best results, choose a solid, one-color background.
Avoid backlighting.
Don’t show personal info behind you.
Please make sure your file is over 1 MB. Smaller file sizes might make your cutout appear blurry.
Only JPG format images are accepted.
If you are uploading a pre-existing photo make sure the file is the correct size above
Where will my cutout be located?
Every effort will be made to have the cutouts in existing season ticket holder seat locations. If you do not have season tickets, cutouts will be placed in the chair back side of the Gallagher Center in remaining open seats.
Will my cutout be on TV or on social media?
Yes, chair backs are tv visible seats.
Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, you are welcome to wear your uniform, however, only your head will be used for the picture.
Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
No, cutouts are limited to one person.
Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes, pet pictures can be used for the cutout. Only the head from the animal will be used for the cutout.
Where do the proceeds of my purchase go?
All proceeds from the cardboard cutout initiative help defray the expenses and loss of revenue due to the ongoing pandemic.
When will my payment be processed?
All payments are processed immediately through coyote promotions.
When will I know if my photo has been approved?
You will be notified if there is an issue with your submission. Otherwise your photo will be approved and produced.
What happens if my photo is rejected?
If your photo is rejected, submit a new photo that adhere to the photo guidelines.
Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Yes, we will do our very best to seat cutouts together. If you have specific requests for seating locations please contact Steve Butler, sbutler@niagara.edu.
Can I have my cutout following the completion of the season?
Yes, we will host a time when fans can pick up their cutout at the end of the season. If you live out of the region and would like to have it shipped, shipping costs may apply.
